The Morgan Mint ships orders via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS for most ground and air deliveries, to help ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. Some specialty items or backorder items may require additional time for delivery.

If you wish you can email us to receive an update on the status of your shipment or delivery. We use the U.S. Postal Service for most of our ground and air deliveries. On occasion we may ship via the UPS if it will result in a faster delivery to you.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Shipping of items in stock takes place within 2-6 weeks, but most orders ship within 14 days of purchase, once your credit card has been authorized. The Morgan Mint ships orders via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS for most ground and air deliveries, to help ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. Some specialty items or backorder items may require additional time for delivery.

Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Due to issues of credit card fraud and the rapidly changing coin and precious metals market, we will not ship orders to any address other than the billing address associated with your credit card.

Registering an Account

How do I place an order?
Ordering at MorganMint.com is fast and secure. Select the items you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button to place the items in your shopping basket. Then, simply click on the "Checkout" button, enter your billing address and credit card information. To complete your purchase, click the "Submit Order" to place your order. It's that easy!

Order straight from The Morgan Mint print catalog, brochures or newspaper articles on MorganMint.com using our Quick Order feature! Catalog Quick Order is located on the bottom of any of our pages under Shopping Services. Using Quick Order can save you postage, delivery time, and the cost of mailing in your order. Just enter the source code associated with the print advertisement, the part number and quantity of the item(s) you wish to purchase, and click the "Add to Cart" button.
All orders placed on MorganMint.com require a credit card. If you prefer the payment options specified in a printed advertisement, please place your order via the postal mail, or call 1-800-414-1198.

Some very popular items may not be in stock when you place your order. Whenever possible, we offer the convenience of Backorder for these items. When the item becomes available, we will ship it to you automatically.

PAYMENT
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards displaying the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos. When ordering, please be sure to provide your exact billing name and address-- this is the name and address listed on your credit card statement, which your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
We accept checks and money orders submitted by postal mail. Checks may take approximately 1 - 3 weeks to process. Please send all checks and money orders by certified mail. The Morgan Mint will not be held responsible for the loss of payments sent via postal mail. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the Morgan Mint does not accept cash payments at this time.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
State law requires us to collect and submit sales tax on all merchandise (including shipping fees) for orders shipped within states in which we are deemed to have a physical presence. These include: California (7.25%), Massachusetts (5%), New York (8.625%), Pennsylvania (6%), and New Jersey (7%).

RETURNS
Can I cancel my online order?
You may request to cancel an order during regular business hours (Monday- Thursday from 9:00am - 5:30pm ET, and Friday from 9:00am - 2:00pm ET) by calling our Customer Service team toll free at 1-800-414-1198. Please keep in mind that if your order has already been processed and shipped, our Customer Service team will be unable to cancel your order. However, if you decide you do not want the merchandise you ordered, you may return it to the Morgan Mint within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling fees will ONLY be refunded for cancelled orders if the merchandise has not yet been shipped. Your satisfaction is our goal.
Special Order Items: Some items are special order purchases that can not be cancelled or returned. Special order items include rare and bullion coins that are subject to market price fluctuations, and which must be specially purchased to fill your order. All special order rare and bullion coin sales are final.

How do I return an item?
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our products. However, your satisfaction is important to us and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return an item. The Morgan Mint accepts returns on items within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a refund to the original form of payment (i.e., credit or debit card) for the item purchase price plus tax. If the item was damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement for the damaged item. Shipping and handling fees will ONLY be refunded if the return is due to our error, or if the merchandise was damaged during shipping.
Special Order Items: Some items are special order purchases that can not be cancelled or returned. Special order items include rare and bullion coins that are subject to market price fluctuations, and which must be specially purchased to fill your order. All special order rare and bullion coin sales are final.

Please note: The Morgan Mint can not be held responsible for any fees associated with the return of your order, including but not limited to postage, shipping, international duties, taxes, return freight, and refused shipment return charges. In order to expedite a prompt refund, please insure your package with the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. If you choose to return your order by insured mail, please request a confirmation of delivery number. By choosing either of these methods, you can track the location of your return shipment, in the unlikely event it is lost in transit.

Information you provide to us
Merchandise Orders
When you place an order on our site, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out and submitting an online customer order form. This information includes your name, billing/shipping address, telephone number, email address, and your credit card number and expiration date. We use this information to process and fulfill your order. We save the address you provide for shipment.
Sweepstakes and Contests
From time to time this site conducts sweepstakes and contests. All sweepstakes, contests and surveys are conducted in-house, not by a third party service provider. When you enter a sweepstakes, contest or other promotional feature, we typically ask you for your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can administer the promotion and notify the winners. We notify winners and obtain an affidavit to verify each winner's eligibility and to obtain consent to post each winner's first initial and last name, city and state of residence. We also send you information by email on upcoming events, new products and services, and special offers we think you'll be interested in. However, out of respect for the privacy of our visitors we provide the option to not receive these types of communications (see How can you elect not to receive offers and email, below). Tracking Traffic and Usage

The Morgan Mint and MorganMint.com uses an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
We use a third party tracking service which sets cookies on our site to track statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and other data for marketing and promotional purposes.
